Our Custom Precision Solution: From Vision to Precision

Begin with a prototype, transition to small batches, and end with bulk precision parts, we'll make all for your project. We provid tailor-made solution for your ideas and vision.
When it comes to custom, design is the fundamental element.

In the world of cnc machining fabrication, it’s complicated for a designer to crate drawings perfectly align with production facilities. Did you ever come across that someone told you the design can’t be 100% duplicated? Are you looking for a professional machining supplier with super production experience and elaborate drawing analysis? We are the one. Those are what we offer to our customers.

CAD/CAM integration
CAM integration
As a CNC machining parts manufacturer equipped with CAD/CAM integration, we possess advanced capabilities that enables us to test thus maximize the efficiency and accuracy of machining process. The CAM integration takes design data from CAD and generates machining instructions for our CNC machines. This enables us to simulate the entire machining process virtually, visualizing the tool paths, cutting forces, and material removal in real-time. By doing so, we will know what can't be done, why some minor corners can't be done, and how can we optimise the design. As the same time, it also identifies the most efficient working paths, minimize material waste, reduce production time, and enhance overall productivity.
Having the CAD/CAM integration capability, we are providing comprehensive machining solutions that ensures precision execution and allows for proactive identification and resolution for any potential issues. This leads to optimized manufacturing processes, superior quality components, and ultimately, higher customer satisfaction.

When drawings confirmed, to valid designs and assembly effect with other components, prototyping is necessary.

We take proud of our strong, professional teams and sufficient, advanced equipment. We deliver prototypes in as fast as 5 days.

precision granding

Equipped with state-of-art Swiss-type lathes and precision grinding machines, our experienced team guarantees your parts with tolerance of +/-0.001mm.

Grinding is a precision machining process that involves the use of an abrasive wheel to remove material from a workpiece. It is a versatile technique used for achieving smooth and accurate surface finishes, precise dimensions, and tight tolerances.

With its ability to provide exceptional dimensional accuracy and high level of control, grinding is often used in applications where tight tolerances and fine surface finishes required. It is commonly applied in products such as shafts, brake disc, tooling, and automatic parts. We are making precision parts, let's start your preicison machining projects.

Tolerance we followed: Precision is the cornerstone of cnc machining service. Whether you need parts with +/-0.005mm or +/-0.05mm tolerance, we craft appropriate production programme and suitable tools
that is tailor-made for your product and assembly needs. For metals, our CNC machined parts adheres to the ISO 2768-m standard, and for plastics, we follow ISO 2768-c. For custom tolerances, mark them clearly on your drawing and we will make it for you.

Description General Tolerance or Standard
Maximum Part Size Milled parts up to 1300 x 700 x 700 mm.
Distance Dimensions For features of size (Length, width, height, diameter) and location (position, concentricity, symmetry) +/- 0.005”.
Orientation and Form Dimensions 0-12" +/- 0.005", Angularity 1/2 degree. For 24" and beyond please consult Janee’s Manufacturing Standards.
Precision Tolerances Janee can manufacture and inspect to tight tolerances per your drawing specifications.
Minimum Feature Size 0.020” (0.50 mm). This may vary depending on part geometry and chosen material.
Threads and Tapped Holes Janee can accommodate any standard thread size. We can also machine custom threads; these will require a manual quote review.
Surface Finish The standard finish is as-machined: 125 Ra or better. Additional finishing options can be specified when getting a quote.
Edge Condition Sharp edges will be broken and deburred by default. Critical edges that must be left sharp should be noted and specified on a print.

Finishes AvailableIn the world of custom parts, tolerance is not enough for a product or band to standout. Apperance Matters! Our expertise go way beyond fabrication processes or materials, we also excel in various of surface treatments to provide hottest, stylish, certain-functional finishes for your projects. All the iPhone colors are available in our anodizing factory. Both functional and ornamental PVD, DLC, TiN coating can be assessed. More to follow by here: View More.

  Name Description Materials
As Milled As-Milled The finish option with the quickest turnaround. Parts are left with visible tool marks and potentially sharp edges and burrs, which can be removed upon request. Surface finish is comparable to 125 uin Ra finish. Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, PEEK, PTFE, ABS, POM, PEI, and etc.
Bead blast Bead Blast The part surface is media blasted, typically using glass bead, to produce a smooth, matte appearance. Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel.
Anodized Anodized (Type II Or Type III) Type II creates a corrosion-resistant finish. Parts can be anodized in different colors—clear, black, red, and gold are most common—and is usually associated with aluminum.
Type III is thicker and creates a wear-resistant layer in addition to the corrosion resistance seen with Type II.
Mainly apply for Aluminum
Power Coting Powder Coating This is a process where powdered paint is sprayed onto a part which is then baked in an oven. This creates a strong, wear- and corrosion-resistant layer that is more durable than standard painting methods. A wide variety of colors are available to create the desired aesthetic. Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, PEEK, PTFE, ABS, POM, PEI, and etc.
Electronplating Electroplating This is a process that uses an electric current to reduce dissolved metal cations so that they form a thin coherent metal coating on an electrode. Electroplating helps to increase the strength, thermal resistance and chemical resistance of the product. With electroplating, you can be sure that the finishing surface will last for a long time and would not be easily deformed.  Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Spring Steel and etc.
polished ring Polishing Polishing is the process of making a surface or object smooth and glossy by rubbing, buffing, or applying pressure with polishing agents or tools. It is often done to remove imperfections, scratches, or blemishes, and to enhance the appearance and shine of the material.  Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Spring Steel and any other metal
Electrophoresis Electrophoresis is the motion of dispersed particles relative to a fluid under the influence of a spatially uniform electric field. Electrophoresis of positively charged particles cations is sometimes called cataphoresis, while electrophoresis of negatively charged particles (anions) is sometimes called anaphoresis. Differing from electroplating, it's the process that creates a layer of paints on a substrate of a material, not a layer of metal.   Stainless Steel, Steel, Brass Bronze, Aluminum and etc.
Laser engraved case Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is a process that uses laser technology to etch or engrave designs, patterns, or markings on various materials. It involves the use of a high-powered laser beam focused onto the surface of the material, which removes or vaporizes a thin layer, resulting in a permanent and precise engraving.

Any metal and plastic parts
Passivation Passivation Passivation is a chemical process used to enhance the corrosion resistance of a metal or alloy by creating a thin, protective oxide layer on its surface. This oxide layer acts as a barrier, preventing the metal from being further oxidized or corroded by external factors such as moisture, air, or chemicals Stainless steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and etc.
Brushed Brushing Brushing refers to a technique used to create a textured or brushed effect on the surface of a material. It involves the use of abrasive tools or brushes to create fine parallel lines or patterns on the surface. Stainless steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and etc.
